FIRST MOVE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At First Move, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
